The Online Pre & Primary Teachers Training Course is divided into eight phases. Upon completion of each phase, a trainee is assigned with assignments, which need to be completed in a set timeframe and submitted for evaluation. The tutors evaluate the assignments and send the feedback for the trainees to work on. After all the phases are over, the trainee is assigned to research and write a thesis on a particular topic. The thesis is sent for final evaluation, based on which the candidate receives the Diploma.

The Distance Pre & Primary Teachers Training Program is divided into four modules. Upon the completion of each module, the trainee sends across a set of assignments for evaluation. The tutors evaluate the assignments and send it back within 7 to 10 days and then the student is allowed to start with the next module. After completion of all phases and modules, the trainee is expected to research on a given project and write a thesis on it. The thesis is finally evaluated and depending on the final evaluation, the candidate is awarded the Diploma.
